| 3⁄4 | oz | lemon juice |
| 1 | ds | orange bitters |
| 1 1⁄2 | oz | gin |

| 2 | basil leaves |
Instructions
In pint glass, combine basil leaves, Clover honey syrup, lemon juice, and a dash orange bitters, and muddle. Add gin. Fill glass with ice, shake. Strain over fresh ice into highball glass, top with soda. Garnish with basil sprig.

*To make clover honey mix 1:1 ratio honey and water
