Description

subrosa-tarragon-infused-vodka_0.jpg Sub Rosa Tarragon vodka has a slight note on anise, only lighter; almost delicate and herbal. A nice herbal licorice note combined with fennel and a bit of mint on the back of the palate makes this a great base for a sophisticated drink. Just a twist of lemon peel makes a great martini. A touch of Limoncello or Yellow Chartreuse nice too.

Mojito Party

Mojitos are a refreshing minty treat, but they can take some time to prepare, and if you're entertaining a large group you may not want to make each mojito individually or burden your guest with the task of muddling their on. Here's a recipe that you can conviently prepare ahead of time.

Start with a bunch of mint. See the illustration to get an idea of what a bunch is. I think it was about 30 - 40 sprigs from the garden.

Put the mint in a large infusion jar (capacity of at least 140oz)
