Moroccan Bloody Mary
Description
Ingredients
| 2 | oz | lime infused vodka |
| 4 | oz | tomato juice |
| ds | lemon juice | |
| ds | celery juice | |
| ds | worcestershire sauce | |
| pn | celery salt | |
| red and green harissa paste |
Instructions
Shake all ingredients. Strain over ice into a highball rimmed with paprika and sumac. Garnish with a celery stick.
Cilantro Daiquiri
Ingredients
| 1⁄4 | bn | cilantro |
| 3 | limes, quartered | |
| 1 | l | light rum |
| 1 | oz | simple syrup |
| 1⁄2 | oz | lemon juice |
Instructions
For the cilantro-infused rum, place cilantro and limes in an airtight container. Add the rum. Leave mixture in container for one week. This makes enough rum infusion for about 12 cocktails.
When ready to serve, fill shaker with ice and add 1 1/2 ounces of cilantro-infused rum, 1 ounce simple syrup and the lemon and lime juice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled glass.
