Martini
Chocolate Creamsicle Martini
Ingredients
| 4 | oz | orange infused vodka |
| 2 | oz | chocolate vodka |
| 2 | oz | white creme de cacao |
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously, and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings, chocolate-covered strawberries, or chocolate rod for garnish, or all three.
Gingery Martini

Ingredients
| 1 | oz | ginger syrup* |
| 2 | oz | vodka |
| 1⁄2 | oz | cointreau |
| juice of 1/2 lime |
Instructions
Combine ingredients over crushed ice in a shaker. Shake or stir vigorously and strain into chilled martini glasses.
Notes
*To make ginger syrup, Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 10 coins of peeled gingerroot (from a 1 1/2-inch piece), 10 black peppercorns and 1 star anise pod in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. When the sugar is dissolved, turn off the heat. Let steep for a half-hour.
White Chocolate Mint Martini

| 2 | leaves fresh mint | |
| 1⁄2 | oz | vodka |
| 1 1⁄2 | oz | godiva white chocolate liqueur |
| 1⁄2 | oz | kahlua |
| 1 | T | chocolate syrup |
Instructions
Mix together 1 mint leaf and vodka, white chocolate liquer and Kahlua over ice in a shaker. Shake well. Swirl chocolate syrup in the inside of the martini glass, strain in mixture and garnish with a mint leaf. Be creative and add a chocolate signature on top.
Lemon Balm Martini

| 5 | sprigs of lemon balm | |
| 2 | T | simple syrup |
| 3 | oz | dry gin |
| 1⁄2 | oz | dry vermouth |
| ice |
Instructions
Muddle the lemon balm leaves in the simple syrup. Combine with the gin, vermouth and ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon balm.
Gypsy martini
Ingredients
| 6 | rosemary leaves | |
| 1⁄4 | oz | simple syrup |
| 7 | oz | raisin-infused gin |
| 1⁄3 | oz | green chartreuse |
Instructions
In a shaker, muddle the rosemary and simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Apple and Sage Martini
Ingredients
| 4 | sage leaves, torn in half | |
| 10 | ml | simple syrup |
| 60 | ml | gin |
| 10 | ml | green apple liqueur |
| 30 | ml | unsweetened apple juice |
| 1 | lime wedge, squeezed |
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the sage leaves and simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a floating apple slice and a sage leaf.
Lemon and Basil Martini
Ingredients
| 6 | basil leaves, torn in half | |
| 10 | ml | simple syrup |
| 15 | ml | limoncello |
| 15 | ml | cinzano bianco |
| 45 | ml | lemon-flavoured vodka |
| 10 | ml | lemon juice |
Instructions
Muddle basil and sugar syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a floating basil leaf.
Verbena Martini
Ingredients
| 1 | c | dry white wine |
| 1 | c | water |
| 2 | T | sugar |
| 1 | T | honey |
| zest and juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| zest and juice of 1/2 lime | ||
| 12 | leaves lemon verbena | |
| 2 1⁄2 | oz | citrus rum or citrus vodka |
| verbena leaves for garnish |
Instructions
In a large pot, add wine, water, sugar, honey and the lemon and lime zest and juice and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add verbena leaves and steep at least 12 hours. This makes enough verbena syrup for 25 drinks.
For 1 verbena martini, mix 1 ounce of the verbena syrup with the citrus rum or citrus vodka. Shake and strain into martini glass. Use extra verbena leaves for garnish.
Citrus Lavender Martini

Ingredients
| 1 | wedge fresh orange | |
| 2 | fresh lavender leaves | |
| 1 1⁄2 | oz | vodka |
| 1 | oz | cointreau |
| 1⁄2 | oz | sweet and sour mix |
| 1 | T | honey |
| 1 | packet of sugar in the raw |
Instructions
Muddle the orange wedge and lavender at the base of the shaker. Add vodka, Cointreau and sweet and sour mix over ice in a shaker. Shake very well. Rim martini glass with honey and dip rim in sugar. Pour the mixture in the glass.
ROASTED LEMON MARTINI

| 4 | thick slices of lemon | |
| 1 | oz | simple syrup |
| 2 | oz | vodka |
Instructions
Roast lemon slices for about an hour at 325 degrees turning once half way thru the roasting.
Combine roasted lemon slices, simple syrup and vodka over crushed ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glasses
